By the time I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 2010 I had lived for a decade in Eswatini (Then Swaziland) and 5 years in Cuba with many regular visits to South Africa and Mozambique. I have had the privilege of meeting and mingling with many foreign nationals, that coupled with my passion for language (along with other life circumstances) enabled me to start working as a translator/interpreter. I have worked in Process Engineering, Market Research, Sales, and I have worked for an NGO dealing with Electronic Medical Equipment, besides services offered to companies in the Banking industry which exposed me to corporate and legal language, however I'm far from satisfied! |
