Source text - English Two major transitions are taking place in Vietnam's economy - one is the movement from a rural to an urban base and the other from central planning to a market oriented economy. Both trends are mutually reinforcing. Vietnam's future economic growth will depend on its ability to develop competitive, market driven industrial and service sectors. These are primarily urban-based activities. Already Vietnam's cities and towns account for about 70% of total economic output. Most FDI is directed toward cities. Economic opportunities in urban areas are propelling rapid growth in the urban population with significant rural to urban migration. Urban growth is in turn creating economic growth prospects.
Vietnam is at a crucial point where its continued development and dramatic progress on poverty alleviation is dependant on long term stable development. Adequate infrastructure is essential to alleviate poverty, improve the quality of life and expedite sustainable economic development. Sound development is dependant on managing urbanization effectively, greater decentralization, and provision of the levels of access to basic infrastructure necessary to support economic growth and improve the quality of life of urban residents.
"Urbanisation has a well known positive association with long-term economic growth. Nations with higher levels of urbanisation invariably have higher levels of per capita income."1 Urban areas are the engines for GDP growth. In Vietnam they generate approximately 70% of GDP. Urban areas support an inherently more diverse economy including increased domestic consumption and are more resilient and resistant to external dislocation as change or contraction ripple through the global economy. A sound and pragmatic urban policy is necessary to balance growth and its potential consequences. In Vietnam's case, particular challenges arise from a legacy of urban neglect.

Bệnh trào ngược dạ dày thực quản có thể gây ra những biến chứng nguy hiểm như hẹp thực quản, xuất huyết thực quản và nhất là ung thư vòm họng , ung thư dạ dày.
Theo quan điểm của y học cổ truyền, nguyên nhân gây bệnh chủ yếu là do lo nghĩ, ăn uống không điều độ, tỳ vị hư nhược gây nên.
Lo nghĩ nhiều làm can khí uất kết, ảnh hưởng đến vị phủ, khí kết lâu ngày làm cho khí huyết không lưu thông mà dẫn đến bệnh. Ăn uống không điều độ, làm tổn thương tỳ vị, công năng của tỳ vị bị rối loạn. Tỳ vị hư nhược sinh ra thấp đàm, lâu ngày hóa nhiệt, thấp nhiệt ứ trệ bên trong, vị không giáng trọc mà bị nghịch lên trên gây bệnh.
Người bệnh có các triệu chứng như: ợ hơi, ợ nóng, ợ chua, buồn nôn, đau tức nóng rát vùng ngực, nước bọt tiết ra nhiều, đau họng, ho. Bệnh nhân nặng có thể bị khàn giọng, khó nuốt, không thể nằm thẳng...
Y học cổ truyền có nhiều bài thuốc hay điều trị bệnh trào ngược dạ dày thực quản có hiệu quả tốt, ngoài những triệu chứng điển hình của bệnh, tùy theo từng thể bệnh mà vận dụng phép điều trị và bài thuốc khác nhau.

Thể hàn nhiệt thác tạp
Biểu hiện đau nóng vùng ngực rõ rệt, ợ chua nhiều, bụng đau âm ỉ, thích ấn, thích chườm ấm, lúc đói đau tăng lên, ăn vào thì đau giảm, nôn ra đàm dãi, ăn kém, tay chân lạnh, đại tiện nát, lưỡi đỏ, rêu vàng, mạch nhu sác hoặc trầm hoãn.

Phép điều trị: hành khí hoạt huyết, hòa vị giáng nghịch.

According to traditional medicine, the primary causes of the disease are excessive worrying, irregular eating habits, and weakened spleen and stomach function.
Excessive worry can cause liver qi stagnation, affecting the stomach and leading to poor blood circulation, which results in illness. Irregular eating habits can harm the spleen and stomach, disrupting their functions. A weakened spleen and stomach produce phlegm, which over time can turn into heat. This internal damp-heat accumulation causes the stomach to fail in reducing the turbid substances, leading to upward reversal and disease.
Patients may experience symptoms such as belching, heartburn, acid reflux, nausea, chest pain or burning, excessive saliva, sore throat, and coughing. In severe cases, patients may suffer from hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, and an inability to lie flat...
