I have been working as a freelance translator and editor since 2007, before that I worked for five years as a technical writer and web editor and for five years as an environmental communicator. During my school and university years I worked for some well-known hotels and restaurants in Sweden.

In 2014 I was accepted as a Full Member of the Swedish Association of Professional Translators, SFÖ. I have among other things a bachelor’s degree from Lund University and the following language certificates:

Certificate of Proficiency in English, 2003, level C2
Diplôme approfondi de langue francaise, 2006, level C1
Studieprøven i dansk, 2015, level C1

Now and then I work as a volonteer, for example I worked as a simultaneous interpreter at the climate conference COP15 in Copenhagen in 2009, and I did a translation assignment for the Rosetta Foundation / Royal Botanic Garden, Kew in 2017.

I use SDL Trados Studio 2014.
