jaz mislim, da je to boljse. Ponavadi rečemo upravljalec stroja, naprave za tisto osebo, ki jo bo npr. vključila, izključila... medtem, ko pa bi bil uporabnik tista oseba, ki bi v tem primeru dobiva terapijo, ki mu jo daje upravljalec MBST
