Too long......... too long!!! Crazy sentence! Break it up! In such cases, what I usually do is to reorganise the text in bullet points, and inform the client this is for the sake of readability. I don't know if this will work in your case. If it is not feasible, I still hope my reorganisation of the text below helps you get a clearer picture.

Release by the Zhou Parties:
Except for the Unreleased Claims (as that term if definened hereinafter) the Zhou parties hereby release:
- Wang Parties;
- JBL Group;
- Four Seasons;

and each of their respective past and present:
- agents;
- employees;
- officers;
- director;
- representative;
- attorneys;
- administrators;
- insurers;
- parent, sister and subsidiary corporations and entities;

- predecessors;

- assigns;

of and from any:
- claims;
- debts;
- liabilities
- demands;
- obligations;
- cost;
- expenses;
- damages;
- actions;
- causes of action

of every kind of nature, whether legal or equitable, that they have or might have arising out of or in connection with the Zhou Action and the Four Seasons Action. These include but are not limited to any and all actual, perceived and /or purported known and unknown claims that are related in anyway to these Actions, whether based on statutory or common law. The above releases are hereinafter known as Released Matter)
