This is from an English user's manual of a TENS-unit under Accessories:
Healthy-pad/2 piece set, 2 pasters, 2 AAA trial dry batteries, 2 electrode wires, **1 wool dotted frame**, 1 colorful box, 1 manual.

I suspect the English version of this manual has already been translated from another language, because it's full of mistakes.

I can't imagine what a 'wool dotted frame' could be in this context or how to translate it.
