A two-dimensional map shows both MD and CD-profiles from a scanning gauge, in colour. The classic profiles like base-weight, moisture, gauge, etc. are possible and can be shown in combination. The dis-play runs on every desktop PC and shows either on-line data or historical profiles. Search function for time and batch number is included. A matrix and colour-coding help the user to analyze quality data. Overlay with web inspection defect map is included.
