Acceptand explicatia, fraza ar suna asa: acest contract a fost semnat in prezenta martorilor si predat... Ceea ce nu corespunde situatiei din intrebare. Cred ca trebuie sa mai negociem, luand in considerare si DULY Executed. Pare sa ne scape ceva...
