acercarse / acercar las respectivas posiciones

Explanation:
I think that fits much better in the context of an Agreement.

See Simon&Schuster's
bear v.i. 1. dirigirse, encaminarse 2.mover, pasar (en cierta dirección)

Explanation:

(ver Oxford Dictionary)

Me parece a mí que lo que dicen es que se "aguanten" o soporten (bear) "mutuamente" (to each other). O en plan fino: "Tolerancia mutua"

to bear to each other in the latest Agreement: "Tolerancia mutua en el último acuerdo"

Yo llevo 25 años de "bear to each other"; más bien del "other" to "me" y parece que eso funciona

Un abrazo

Explanation:
Bear to each other also has this meaning.

They have to bear to each other= they have to talk.

I don't know whether this fits your text.
