Bonjour !

Mon comptable me demande instamment de faire figurer la mention suivante sur mes notes d'honoraires :

"Valeur nette sans escompte pour tout règlement antérieur à la date d'échéance, toutes sommes non payées à l'échéance pourront faire l'objet des pénalités de retard égales à une fois et demie le taux légal d'intérêt en vigueur"

Chers collègues exerçant en France qui avez des clients en Allemagne : utilisez-vous une formule proche/équivalente en allemand ? Je ne me vois pas inscrire cette mention telle quelle en français sur mes factures destinées à l'étranger, mes tentatives de traduction sont assez décourageantes et mes recherches de factures-type allemandes n'ont rien donné (visiblement, cette mention est bien franco-française)...
