German to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
In a general report on the property market issued by a private property company:

"Obwohl die wirtschaftlichen Rahmendaten keine Verbesserungen gegenueber dem Vorjahr darstellten, konnte im Geschaeftsjahr die Vermietungsleistung um ca. 15% auf insgesamt 1.6 Mio qm gesteigert werden. Ursachlich dafuer waren Vermietungen ueber 10,000 qm"

NB. These figures do not relate to its own ssituation, but the overall market.

For GB you probably would want to use "lettings performance" (also see http://www.google.com/search?hl=de&rls=GGLG,GGLG:2005-22,GGL... ).

agree TonyTK : I think I'd prefer "rental volume" (or similar), as "rental performance" is often used to describe the development of rent(s) in monetary terms. // But see http://www.edinburghlettings.org.uk/landlords_info.htm for "lettings perfomance". Still not happy.
