Explanation:
Un luogo comune più vero che mai per i dirigenti (che hanno già poco tempo per gli affari, figuriamoci per un seminario! ). Questro invece per loro non sarà uno spreco ma un investimento, quindi "è bene farlo"!

neutral  Poecheim: credo che sia proprio al contrario, cioè si vuole incoraggiare il dirigente a non fare tutto in furia e fretta, ma di fare le cose al momento giusto. Anyway, qui bisogna per forza chiedere il committente della traduzione.
