invoiced / billed credit card Explanation: I found just one example on the link below: "servizio di rifornimento con speciali carte di credito a fatturazione mensile" These may happen to be a special type of credit card, but if you think about it all credit cards can be invoiced, Mcafee has my credit card number and the invoice or bill me annually on it. A little more context would be helfpful. If it is the other way round, there is an annual fee on almost all credit cards and then the repayments made on them are not invoiced.
