the prefix "tele" means both "at a distance" and "by telephone". I have checked different sites on Internet and I found, for example, "teleassistenza per anziani" (a telephone service). In your case, with the reference to Internet I would read it as online help.

Telephone assistance, Remote assistance, On-line help
I would prefer assistance instead of help. But more generally it could be "remote assistance"
Also, please check these urls. They refer to teleassistenza as "telephone assistance"

http://www.telestar-automation.it/telea.html
But since your text refers to the Internet it could also be translated as "online help", "online assistance" or "remote assistance"
