Z abstraktu artykułu naukowego o integracji osób niepełnosprawnych w szkołach wyższych.

Mimo stosunkowo krótkiego okresu funkcjonowania Biura Osób Niepełnosprawnych w Uniwersytecie ___ udało się stworzyć klimat uczelni uznanej za przyjazną osobom niepełnosprawnym.

Napisałam na razie:
Although the Office for Disabled Persons operates for quite a short time, the atmosphere of a higher school that is recognised as friendly to disabled persons has been successfully created at the ___ University.

To wszystko zależy od konstrukcji zdania i całego paragrafu. Zarówno strona czynna jak i bierna mogą być stosowane. Tu potrzebne jest podejście globalne.

Jeżeli autor pisze o kimś innym, nie o sobie, to najprościej w stylu: the atmosphere of... was successfully created.

Myślałem, iż chodzi o własny opis biura. W takim razie: "the school... + active voice" na moje "przedwstanne" oczy.

Ale czy to jest wierne tłumaczenie z "we". Autor opisuje obiektywnie pewien przykład uniwersytetu.
Tytuł: Możliwości integracji psychospołecznej osób z niepełnosprawnością na poziomie szkoły wyższej (przykład rozwiązań w Uniwersytecie __). Prawdopodobnie jest pracownikiem tej uczelni, ale z mojego tekstu to nie wynika i gubi się obiektywizm pracy.

Bardziej entuzjastycznie niż u poprzedniczki.

BTW fraza "udało się stworzyć klimat uczelni uznanej za przyjazną..." jest dziwaczna. Nie wiem, czy dosłowne tłumaczenie jest dobrym pomysłem.
