Conform Dicţionarului român-francez de specialitate, Vasile Savin, de la Ed. Dacia Educaţional 2002, sintagma “capetetele / motivele unei cereri” s-ar traduce prin “les chefs d’une demande”.

: Cand este vorba de dispozitivul unei hotariri judecatoresti, traducerea expresiei " cu privire la capatul de cerere..." prin "on the count of..." este corecta.
