Alla fine dell'atto trovo Naam en hoedanigheid van de "instrumenterende notaris", hetzij van de personen
bevoegd de rechtspersoon ten aanzien van derden te vertegenwoordigen.

Dovrebbe essere il notaio che stipula l'atto pubblico, ma non so bene come lo chiama l'italiano. "Notaio stipulante" o altro ? Avrei bisogno della dicitura esatta, grz !
