Non è quindi un termine propriamente olandese o fiammingo ? Grz !

Si, ma lo mettono tra virgolette, dato che si tratta di un termine che non proviene dal contesto dell'enologia. Io non lo trovo molto appropriato, ma � questione di gusti... e si sa:de gustibus et coloribus non diSPUTAndum est!

Su quel link non c'� quel termine, ma pensavo fosse interessante per il contesto. L'altro link invece � frutto della mia ricerca "recipiente sputare vino" che trova alcuni 'hits' su google, ma credo ci sia una soluzione migliore della mia. Buon lavoro!;-)

Grazie Joris, anch'io ho pensato che potesse essere qualcosa del genere, dato il verbo principale spuwen = sputare. Forse � un bicchierino in cui i degustatori possono "pulirsi la bocca dal sapore dei vini che hanno appena assaggiato" ? Non ne ho idea, e sputacchiera mi sa molto di fumatori :-) Cmq avevo cercato anche la definizione di sputacchiera: recipiente spec. di metallo, vetro o terracotta, con o senza coperchio, riempito di segatura o calce, in cui si pu� sputare.

Premetto che non ho altro contesto, perch� il termine appare nell'elenco di materiali forniti dall'azienda per la degustazione (tavoli, banconi, tovaglie, sottobicchieri, calici, bicchieri, ecc.)

Beh, non mi sembra un termine molto 'bello' per una degustazione di champagne... Non � nemmeno un termine comune in neerlandese, e sa molto di 'sputacchiera'.. ;-)

(piccolo) recipiente per sputare il vino

Mi rifiuto di usare il termine "sputacchiera"... è fuori luogo.
Trovo alcuni 'hits' per questo termine.
E il recipiente nel quale si 'sputa' il vino dopo averlo assaggiato, come vuole la prassi del perfetto sommelier. ;-)

Magari qualcuno riesce a trovare anche un verbo più \'elegante\' di \'sputare\'...
