"Facile à boire" ne me semble pas très joli dans la bouche d'un sommelier, auriez-vous une expression plus idiomatique qui serait également utilisée pour les vins par exemple ?

Ravie de vous avoir aidée. Il est vrai que \"gouleyant\" est plus spécifique aux vins.

Le terme "gouleyant" était un peu trop technique ici, mais merci de m'avoir appris un nouveau terme !

why not try the literal \"plus facile à boire\"? If only because \"more easy\" is not good English and it sounds as though the speaker may have been French anyway and that this is a back-translation!
