English term
No Compliment Pay
English to French
Social Sciences
Medical: Health Care
specific benefits per country for different types of paid leaves
This is my sentence:
BRA_Long Term Sickness (No Compliment Pay)
I have a long list of types of "leaves and pays" for a list of countries (abbreviated at the beginning of each segment).
So, I understand it is "Maladie de longue durée" but the "compliment" part is what I do not understand. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thank you

Bonjour,

Discussion
So you need to look at / or even better have a first hand knowledge of the Brazilian system.
Without any specific context being given - like to start with the country - all guesses are more or less equality plausible.
OTOH, I don't think that "blind guesses" are a recommended method for translating anything ...
That just might cut unnecessary / unreliable guessing ...
You can't always guess the fine points of some specific system just from the general meaning of words used.
