Non-PRO English to Spanish Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

Les dejo contexto:

The participants discussed the Communication behavior and rules within Procurement. Mainly we agreed on the already existing rules and added a few more rules. All agreed rule together are listed as following:

• No side communication
• No laptops on the tables
• Every 90 minutes there will be a break in order to check email or make calls
• Respect presenter by listening his/her presentation
• Responds time on emails is 48 hours
• Respect responsibilities (include and inform upfront responsible persons)
• Communicate actively (we don’t solve frictions via email)
