hourmeter function Explanation: Could it be that when you power up the device, the hourmeter should display how many hours the device runs? How about: "Hourmeter function: when powered up the display should indicate how many hours the truck is in operation". Attention - "afficheur" is the display window. I presume the "chariot" is your pallet truck. In an industrial environemnt clocking of machine operation is vital as maintenance is scheduled on the basis of how many hours a device runs.
