This phrase appears in an employment contract. The whole sentence is:
Die unterschriebenen AZ Aufzeichnungen (Stundenlisten) müssen bis spätestens 10. des Folgemonats im Personalbüro abgegeben werden.
The previous sentence says that working time records must be signed by the employee and every month - I'm just not sure what the AZ here stands for.
Having said that, I've just seen that the sentence before has 'Arbeitszeitaufzeichnung' - could it be that the AZ here simply stands for 'Arbeitszeit'?
