As avea nevoie de o traducere corecta pentru "expert evaluator bunuri mobile". In doc. meu, am folosit "valuation" pentru evaluare, si "valuer" pentru evaluator, deoarece evaluatorul da citate din Standarde Internationale ....etc in care sunt folositi acesti termeni. Am gasit pe proz pt. UK varianta "valuator" insa combinat cu "movable goods/property" nu gasesc intrari pe google. Care este termenul corect si traducerea exacta a acestei categ. profesionale?

Black's Law Dictionary- Deluxe edition 1990 Movable estate. A term equivalent to "personal estate" or "personal property".

this is a very nice explanation, I like it a lot. In my legal experience with dealing with cases and contracts involving real and personal property, personal property is used interchangeably with movable property, they mean exactly the same thing. Perhaps, personal property is more 'mainstream'.

personal property , nu movable Personal property, roughly speaking, is private property that is moveable[1], as opposed to real property or real estate. In the common law systems personal property may also be called chattels or personalty. In the civil law systems personal property is often called movable property or movables - any property that can be moved from one location to another. This term is in distinction with immovable property or immovables
