Se entiende por sinistralidad a cargo del reasegurador el cociente multiplicado por ciento, de dividir lossiniestros a su cargo, entre las primas constituyentes; siniestros pagados mas reservados, para calculos provisionales y siniestros pagados sin que quede ninguno en reserva, para calculos definitivos.
