You have the choice to leave it in Latin, although according to my searches it is not that common either in English or in Spanish (but someone more knowledgable could perhaps tell you otherwise). If you're translating into Spanish I guess it would be "según se menciona anteriormente", "según lo antedicho" or some other such expression.
