But in practice the first is the one that seems to be used in laboratory urine analysis reports, if any:

In practice "phyriaporphyrins" doesn't seem to be used.
The two normally mentioned in urine analysis are uroporphyrin and coproporphyrin, but there are others:

I remembered it from biochemistry class, but that was 20 years ago. The nomenclature may have changed as they often do in biochemistry.
