Es geht um eine Ehe, die vor dieser Behörde geschlossen wurde. Ich nehme an, das Wort bedeutet "Konsulat" oder "Botschaft". Ist das richtig? Daneben steht auch die Abkürzung "T.C.", ich nehme an, das ist "Türkei"?
