Bio
Reaching Italian-speaking clinicians, patients, and customers takes more than translation. It takes a partner who understands the science, the message, and the stakes.
🔬 For over 15 years, I have worked at the intersection of medical expertise, marketing, and language technology. I help pharma, biotech, med-tech, CRO, healthcare startup, and medical communications teams communicate clearly, credibly, and effectively with Italian-speaking audiences.
As a translator, transcreator, medical writer, and language consultant, I combine specialist subject-matter knowledge with human-led AI workflows. On complex medical and regulatory content, I remain accountable for accuracy, compliance, terminology, and cultural relevance.
I also build healthcare tools. I created Hermes Medica, an AI-powered medical language platform that supports translation, terminology clarification, literature research, and patient-friendly explanations. I also developed Hermes Medica QA, a specialized quality-assurance tool for medical translation workflows.
When a message needs to persuade, engage, or feel truly local, I provide transcreation: adapting campaigns, product pages, and patient-facing materials while preserving intent, tone, and brand voice.
✨ What you can expect:
• Accurate, consistent, and audit-ready clinical, regulatory, and medical-device content in Italian
• Culturally resonant marketing and patient-facing copy that goes beyond word-for-word translation
• Linguistic validation and cognitive debriefing for instruments, labels, and patient-reported outcomes
• Human-led AI workflows that combine speed, scale, terminology control, and senior specialist oversight
• Strategic language consultancy for teams adopting AI and language technology
If you have upcoming projects in medicine, the life sciences, or science-driven communication, let’s talk about how I can support you.
