Source text - Slovenian V diplomski nalogi bom predstavil program za spremljanje RZP-a po oddelkih, ki sem ga naredil v celoti v programu Access 2007. Pred nastankom mojega programa so v bolnišnici vodili bazo podatkov o ranah in razjedah v Excelu, kjer se je bilo precej težje orientirati in se je lahko vnašalec hitro zmotil pri vnosu podatkov. Program AsboMS - kot sem poimenoval svoj program, je narejen tako, da ustvari svojo podatkovno bazo, ki jo lahko potem uporabnik uporabi za izdelavo statističnih povzetkov, na osnovi izbranih elementov. Podatke vnaša uporabnik prek kreiranega obrazca, ki je zelo enostaven za uporabo, saj ni potrebno z tipkovnico vnašati skoraj nič, ampak večino podatkov izberemo kar preko spustnih menijev. Program je programiran tako, da uporabniku olajša delo, saj mu za izbrano bolezen da na izbiro le točno določene kraje ran po telesu in je tako veliko manjša možnost, da se vnašalec zmoti, pri vnosu podatkov v bazo. Če uporabnik želi, program statistično obdela podatke in vrne rezultate v pisni obliki ali grafu. Izpišemo lahko tudi že vnaprej pripravljena poročila, ki samodejno štejejo rezultate iz baze.
Translation - English In my diploma I am going to introduce a program for monitoring pressure-induced ulcer (PIU) by departments. I designed the program in Access 2007. Before my program was created, the hospital had been running a database containing information on wounds and ulcers in Excel, so orientation was difficult and the user could easily have made a mistake during information input. The AsboMS program, as I designated its name, is designed to create its own database that the users can employ in creating statistical reviews made on the basis of selected elements. Information is fed by the user through an easy-to-use form without the need to feed information with the keyboard but simply by using drop-down menus. The application is programmed to make work easier for the user because each selected disease is given a specific selection of wound locations and thus there is a considerably lower chance of making mistakes during input into the database. On the user's demand the program can statistically analyse the data and return it in written form or as a graph. The user can also write out pre-prepared reports that automatically count results from the database.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast media are used to enhance the contrast of images and to facilitate visualisation of abnormal structures or lesions in various parts of the body. In January, 2006, gadolinium-containing MRI contrast agents were postulated to contribute to the development of a rare and sometimes fatal disorder called nephrogenic fibrosing dermopathy (NFD) or nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF). Nephrogenic fibrosing dermopathy (NFD) was first recognised in the USA in 1997 as an idiopathic skin condition characterised by thickening and hardening of the skin of the extremities and sometimes of the trunk, with an increase in the number of dermal fibroblast-like cells associated with collagen remodelling and mucin deposition.
Initially 20 cases of NSF from Denmark, and a further five cases from Austria were identified in which all patients had renal impairment and were noted to have received the MRI contrast agent gadodiamide (Omniscan) before development of the disorder. To date, there have been no reports of NSF in patients with normal kidney function. Since the 1980s, more than 200 million patients have been exposed to gadolinium-based contrast agents, more than 30 million of whom have received Omniscan.
This issue was discussed at the Pharmacovigilance Working Party (PhVWP) of the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) in June, 2006. Following this discussion, the marketing authorisation holder (MAH) for Omniscan sent a letter to radiologists and nephrologists in some EU member states to inform them of a possible association between gadodiamide with NSFi. Further data were discussed at the November, 2006, PhVWP meeting. 48 (validated) and 40 (under validation) cases of NSF were associated with gadodiamide (Omniscan), two possible cases were associated with gadopentetate dimeglumine (Magnevist), and no cases were identified with other gadolinium-containing contrast agents.
NSF and the role of gadolinium-based contrast agents is an emerging science. The exact disease mechanism has yet to be elucidated, but physicochemical properties of gadolinium-containing agents might affect their behaviour in the body and the amount of free gadolinium released in patients with renal impairment. Currently, there is no effective treatment for NSF; the most effective treatment options are related to improvement in renal impairment. Therefore, it is imperative that radiologists, nephrologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals receive guidance as to how to avoid this very debilitating and sometimes fatal disorder.

Kontrastna sredstva pri magnetno-rezonančnem slikanju (MRI) se uporabljajo za ojačanje kontrasta posnetkov in za upodobitev abnormalnih struktur ali lezij v različnih predelih telesa. Januarja 2006 so predvideli, da gadolinij vsebujoča kontrastna sredstva pri MRI prispevajo k razvoju redke in včasih tudi smrtne okvare imenovane nefrogenična fibrozna dermopatija (NFD) ali nefrogenična sistemska fibroza (NSF). Nefrogenična fibrozna dermopatija (NFD) je bila prvič odkrita v ZDA leta 1997 kot idiopatična kožna bolezen, za katero je značilna odebeljena in trda koža okončin s povečanim številom kožnemu fibroblastu podobnim celicam povezano s kolagenskim remodeliranjem in odlaganjem (depozicijo) sluzine.
Najprej so identificirali 20 primerov NSF na Danskem, nadaljnih pet primerov v Avstriji, kjer so vsi pacienti imeli ledvične okvare in prejeli kotrastno sredstvo pri MRI imenovano gadodiamid (Omniscan) pred pojavom okvare. Do danes ni bilo nobenega poročila o NSF pri pacientih z normalno funkcijo ledvic. Od leta 1980 je bilo več kot 200 milijonov pacientov izpostavljenih kontrastnim sredstvom na bazi gadolinija, od katerih je več kot 30 milijonov prejelo Omniscan.
O tej temi se je razpravljalo pri farmakološkem nadzoru, imenovanemu Pharmacovigilance Working Party (PhVWP), pri komisiji za medicinske produkte za človeško uporabo (Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP), in sicer junija 2006. Po tej razpravi je odgovorni za marketinška dovoljenja (MAH za Omniscan poslal pismo radiologom in nefrologom v nekatere države EU, da jih obvesti o možni povezanosti med gadodiamidom in NSF. O novih informacijah se je razpravljalo na srečanju za farmakološki nadzor novembra leta 2006. 48 (potrjenih) in 40 (še ne potrjenih) primerov NSF so povezali z gadodiamidom (Omniscanom), dva možna primera so povezali z gadopentetat dimegluminom (Magnevistom), noben primer ni bil identificiran z drugimi gadolinij vsebujočimi kontrastnimi sredstvi.
NSF in vloga kontrastnih agentov na bazi gadolinija je znanost, ki se uveljavlja. Natančni mehanizem bolezni še ni znan, vendar pa lahko fizikalne in kemijske lastnosti vplivajo njihovo obnašanje v telesu in količino prostega gadolinija, sproščenem v pacientih z ledvično okvaro. Trenutno ne poznamo učinkovitega zdravljenja NSF; najučinkovitejše zdravljenje se povezuje izboljševanjem ledvične okvare. Added value of ERDF funding
Projekt bo po eni strani prispeval k okrepitvi identitete multikulturnega območja ter k obogatitvi kulturno-turistične ponudbe, po drugi strani pa tudi k družbeni kohezivnosti in oplemenitenju socialnega kapitala čezmejnega območja. Projektne aktivnosti bodo na območju sprožile nov razvojni impulz in bistveno pripomogle k aktiviranju in optimalni komercializaciji evidentnih, doslej neizkoriščenih kulturnih in ljudskih potencialov multikulturnega območja. S projektom bodo namreč vzpostavljeni mehanizmi za obvladovanje tistih družbenih disfunkcij in neenakosti, ki depriviligiranim skupinam onemogočajo oziroma otežujejo razvijanje in izkoriščanje lastnih potencialov ter enakopravnejšo participacijo v izobraževalnih, delovnih in družbenih procesih nasploh.Dodana vrednost projekta bo v prenosu znanj in izkušenj (=transfer know-howa) med partnerji in ciljnimi skupinami; okrepitvi identitete multikulturnega območja; izboljšanju kvalitete socialnega kapitala, spodbujanju socialne vključenosti in ustvarjanju neobhodnih predpogojev za delovno oziroma podjetniško angažiranje Romov na področju kulturnega turizma; vzpostavitvi skupne romske kulturno-turistične in informacijske infrastrukture; v razvitem in pilotno implementiranem novem romskem kulturno-turističnem proizvodu: „ČERGA”, v povečanju kulturno-turističnih izmenjav na območju sodelovanja in nenazadnje tudi v novih delovnih mestih, katera bodo produkt predmetnega projekta (ter posledično v znižanju stopnje dolgotrajne brezposelnosti in obsega državnih socialnih transferjev za romsko populacijo).

1) To evaluate and activate endogenous potentials of the Roma and the richness of Roma cultural heritage for their personal development as well as for the development of the Roma collective as a whole. 2)To stimulate the development of the Roma social entrepreneurship adjusted to the specifics of the Roma lifestyle, Roma culture, and values. 3) To enrich cultural-tourist services in the area of cooperation with a new, innovative Roma cultural-tourist product „CERGA”, and with cross-border Roma cultural events. 4) To promote Roma culture (as equal to other, non-Roma cultures) and by planned media promotion of positive events from the lives and work of the Roma to contribute to the eradication of negative stereotypes and a priori negative relation of the major part of the dominant population towards the Roma as well as to contribute to intercultural dialogue. 5) By estanlishing and managing the Roma cultural creative centre, to stimulate the transfer of Roma cultural experiences between both countries.
Added value of ERDF funding
On the one hand, the project will contribute to the enrichment of cultural-tourist services; on the other hand, it will contribute to the cohesion and the ennoblement of the social fund of the cross-border region. Project activities in the region will trigger a new developmental impulse and fundamentally contribute to the activation and optimal commercialization of evident, so far unused cultural and human potentials of the multicultural region. By means of this project we will establish the mechanisms of controlling social dysfunctions and inequalities that prevent or make it difficult for the deprivileged groups to develop and use their own potentials as well as equal participation in educational, labour, and social processes in general.
The added valued of the project will be in the transfer of knowledge and experience (transfer of know-how) between partners and target groups; in the strengthening of the identity of the multicultural area; in the improvement of the quality of the social fund; in the stimulation of social inclusion and creation of needed prerequisites for a working or entrepreneurial engagement of the Roma in the field of cultural tourism; in the establishment of a joint Roma cultural-tourist and informational infrastructure; in the developed and a pilot, implemented new Roma cultural-tourist product "CERGA"; in the increase of cultural-tourist exchange in the area of cooperation and in the newly created jobs that will be a product of the project (and consequently in the decrease of the level of unemployment and the scope of state-funded social transfers for the Roma population).

Source text - English The broad outlines of a truly environmental ethic are easy to
discern. At its most fundamental level, such an ethic fosters
consideration for the interests of all sentient creatures, including
subsequent generations stretching into the far future. It is accompanied by an aesthetic of appreciation for wild places and
unspoiled nature. At a more detailed level, applicable to the
lives of dwellers in cities and towns, it discourages large families.
(Here it forms a sharp contrast to some existing ethical beliefs
that are relics of an age in which the earth was far more lightly
populated; it also offers a counterweight to the implication of
the 'total' version of utilitarianism discussed in Chapter 4. ) An
environmental ethic rejects the ideals of a materialist society in
which success is gauged by the number of consumer goods one
can accumulate. Instead it judges success in terms of the development of one's abilities and the achievement of real fulfilment and satisfaction. It promotes frugality, in so far as that is
necessary for minimising pollution and ensuring that everything
that can be re-used is re-used. Carelessly to throw out material
that can be recycled is a form of vandalism or the theft of our
common property in the resources of the world. Thus the various
'green consumer' guides and books about things we can
do to save our planet - recycling what we use and buying the
most environmentally friendly products available - are part of
the new ethic that is required. Even they may prove to be only
an interim solution, a stepping-stone to an ethic in which the
very idea of consuming unnecessary products is questioned.
Wind-surfing may be better than water-skiing, but if we keep
on buying new boards in order to be up to date with the latest
trends in board and sail designs, the difference is only marginal.

Na najbolj temeljni ravni taka etika neguje obzir do interesov vseh čutečih bitij, vključno z v daljno prihodnost segajočimi kasnejšimi generacijami. Okoljsko etiko spremlja estetika spoštovanja nedotaknjenih krajev in neokrnjene narave. Na podrobnejši ravni, ki je uporabna življenju prebivalcev velikih in majhnih mest, okoljska etika odsvetuje velike družine. (Na tem mestu izrazi ostro nasprotje nekaterih obstoječih etičnih prepričanj, ki so ostanki dobe, v kateri je bila zemlja mnogo redkeje poseljena; pravtako ponuja protiutež posledici 'totalne' verzije utilitarizma, ki je obravnavan v 4. poglavju.). Source text - Slovenian Javni prevoz potnikov (avtobusi, železnice) tvori kompleksen in dinamičen sistem, ki vključuje področja prometa, geografije, informacijskih tehnologij, ekonomije in politike. Glavni akterji javnega potniškega prometa (JPP) so upravitelj, ponudniki storitev in potniki. Upravitelj je pristojen za delovanje sistema JPP (organizacijo, kontrolo, (so)financiranje in zagotavljanje kvalitetne ponudbe od prevoznikov potnikov). Okoljevarstveni vidiki (zmanjšanje izpustov, porabe energije) upraviteljem nalagajo iskanje bolj vzdržnih (trajnostnih) rešitev za mobilnost potnika v mestnem in medkrajevnem prometu. Te rešitve so:
- spodbujanje uporabe javnega prevoza
- boljša integracija različnih oblik javnega potniškega prometa (vlak, avtobus),
- vpeljava enotne vozovnice,
- boljše načrtovanje poti (od vrat - do vrat) z uporabo različnih oblik javnega prevoza potnikov,
- boljše upravljanje s podatki (znanjem) JPP,
- boljša izmenjava podatkov med ponudniki JPP in upraviteljem.
Izzivi za čezmejni prevoz potnikov so še večji. Načrtovanje poti (itinerarja) z javnim prevozom je v praksi možno le "od meje do meje". Rednih čezmejnih prevozov potnikov med slovenski (Štajerska in Pomurje) ter madžarskimi (Vas in Zala) ni; redne avtobusne linije ni, direktne železniške povezave prav tako ne. Cilj projekta je obstoječo ponudbo JPP v štirih regijah približati potnikom z uporabo informacijskih tehnologij. To želimo doseči z zbiranjem podatkov o postajnih točkah, itinerarjih in voznih redih za mestni promet, avtobusni promet, medkrajevni avtobusni promet in železniški promet v vseh štirih regijah. Zbrani podatki bodo analizirani in izdelan bo spletni portal za načrtovanje in grafični prikaz (GIS) potovanja od vrat do vrat (ulica, kraj, država) z javnimi prevoznimi sredstvi. Takšno potovanje lahko vključuje peš poti, vožnjo z avtobusom in vožnjo z vlakom. Potnik bo dobil tudi informacijo o ceni.

Translation - Hungarian A nyilvános utasszállítás (buszok, vasutak) egy bonyolult és dinamikus szisztéma, melyik a közlekedést, földrajzot, informácios technológiát, gazdaságtant és politkát tartalmaz. A nyilvános közlekedás fő részesültei a vezető, szolgáltatás ajánlók és az utasok. A vezető feladata a nyilvános közlekedés szisztéma funkcionálása (szervezés, ellenőrzes, (közös) pénzügy és utasszállítás minősegi biztosítása ). Természetvédelmi nézetek (szennyezés és energiafolyasztás csökkentése) a vezetőket motiváljak, hogy erősebb (tartósabb) megoldásokat keressenek az utasok mobilitásáért a városi és város közötti nyilvános közlekedésben. Ezek a megoldások a következők:
- a nyilvános utasszállítás megerősítése
- nyilvános utasszállítás különböző módok minőségesebb beilleszkedése (vonat, busz),
- egységes jegy bevezetése,
- jobb úti tervezés (ajtóról - ajtóig) különboző nyilvános utasszállítás felhasználásával,
- jobb adatfelhasználás (tudásfelhasználás),
- jobb adatcsere a nyilvános közlekedés kínálók és a vezeto között.
A határontúli utasszállítás kihívásai még nagyobbak. A nyilvános szállítás úttervezése a praxisban csak “határtol határig” lehetséges. Rendszeres határátmenetek Szlovénia (Stajer és Muravidék) és Magyarország (Vas és Zala) között nem léteznek; rendszeres buszvonalak nem léteznek, direkt vasútvonal szintén nem létezik. A projekt célja az utasok számára megközelíteni a létező nyilvános közlekedés kínálatát négy régióban az információs technológia felhasználásával. Ezt úgy akarjuk elérni, hogy összegyűjtjük az állomasoktól a városi, busz, városközötti és vasútközlekedéstől megszerzett adatokat a négy régióban. A megszerzett adatokat majd analizáljuk; kidolgozunk egy web-portált, ami a tervezésre és grafikai ábrázolásla (GIS) lesz felhasználva, amivel bemutatjuk az “ajtóról ajtóra” nyilvános utazást (utca, hely, ország). Ilyen utazás például a gyalogos út, busz és vonat. Az utas erről is informálva lesz.
Nagy kihívás az a tény is, hogy a világban nincs olyan szisztéma, ami meg tudna találni az összes nyilvános szállitas módszereit két ország között.

Statična postavitev menuja za dostop do vseh možnosti aplikacije. Preko menuja je omogočeno odpiranje vseh pregledov in obdelav, dostop do vseh šifrantov in do nastavitev aplikacije. Dostop do posameznih postavk menuja določa postavitev pravic prijavljenega uporabnika.
Top toolbar
Orodna vrstica z ikonami, ki omogoča dostop do najpogosteje uporabljenih funkcij in obdelav. Vsebina orodne vrstice se oblikuje glede na pravice prijavljenega uporabnika.
Left toolbar
Dinamični dostop do funkcionalnosti aplikacije. Leva orodna vrstica je razdeljena na dve drevesi (Osnovni izbor / Uporabniške tabele). Prvo drevo predstavlja dinamično sestavljen izbor dostopa do posameznih funkcionalnosti aplikacije, ki se sestavi po nastavitvah posameznega prijavljenega uporabnika. Drugo drevo je kostumiziran izbor dodatnih pregledov in obdelav, ki so specifična za dotično stranko. Tudi vsebina tega drevesa se prilagaja nastavitvam prijavljenega uporabnika.
Leva orodna vrstica je raztegljiva, kar pomeni da ima možnost prilagajanja širine. Lahko pa se jo skrije.
Status line
Preklop med posameznimi podatkovnimi bazami. Statusna vrstica prikazuje tudi vmesna sporočila med obdelavo podatkov ter opis funkcionalnosti postavk menuja, ko se z miško sprehajamo po menuju.
MDI desktop
Delovni prostor, kjer se prikazujejo pregledi aplikacije in se vrši obdelava podatko. Če je odprtih več pregledov, se med njimi preklaplja z zgornjimi zavihki.

Razvojno okolje
Za razvoj aplikacije se koristi Microsoftovo okolje in razvojna orodja tega proizvajalca. S tem smo zagotovili stabilno in široko podprto platformo. Z izbranimi orodji za razvoj aplikacije težimo predvsem na dolgoročno in stalno posodobitev razvojnega okolja ter posledično tudi naše aplikacije z novimi tehnologijami in operacijskimi sistemi.
V razvojnem oddelku uporabljamo:
- operacijski sistem: Microsoft Windows XP in novejši,
- rdbms: Micosoft SQL Server 2000 in novejši,
- razvojno orodje: Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
1. Postavitev podatkovne baze
Za razvojne namene se uporablja »Personal Edition« verzija SQL strežnika, ki vsebuje tudi orodja za urejanje in vzdrževanje podatkovne baze.
Po namestitvi orodja MS SQL Server na razvojni strežnik (v nadaljevanju SQL strežnik), so na njem na voljo že orodja, ki jih bomo uporabljali za delo in komunikacijo s podatkovnimi bazami. Za razvojne namene se uporabljajo orodja »Enterprise Manager« ter »Query analizer« pri verziji 2000 oz. »SQL Server Management Studio« pri verziji 2005 in novejši. Sledi attach razvojne podatkovne baze, ki se mora nahajati na računalniku, kjer teče SQL server.
Translation - English infrivar.h
The library contains global definitions of constants and variables of a general character, declarations of window procedures for basic objects (key, numeric field, data field, edit field, toolbar…) and the definition of internal functions.
ingraph.c / ingraph.h
The code to work with the graphic display of data (e.g. graphic display of data on data printout). The code uses the 'GSW32.EXE' graphics driver.
inmapi.h
The library with functions to work with e-mails that contain procedure prototypes for the MAPI interface.
Menu
Static menu setup to access all application options. The menu enables the user to open all overviews and processes, to access all keys and application settings. Access to individual menu items is controlled by the rights of the registered / logged-on user.
Top toolbar
Toolbar with icons that enables access to the most frequently used functions and processes. The contents of the toolbar are modified according to the rights of the logged-on user.
Left toolbar
Dynamic access to application functionality. The left toolbar is split into two trees (Basic selection / User tables). The first tree represents a dynamic access selection to individual application functionality that is composed according to the settings of the individual logged-on user. The second tree is a customized selection of additional overviews and processes specific for the customer. Also, the contents of that tree adapt to the settings of the logged-on user.
The left toolbar is expandable, which means that it can be adjusted for width.
Status line
Switching between individual databases. The status bar also displays intermediate messages during information processing and a description of menu item functions as we move the mouse in the menu.
MDI desktop
The working place where application overviews are shown and information processing is carried out. If more overviews are open, the upper tabs can be used to switch between them.
Development environment
Application development employs Microsoft technology and development tools of the manufacturer. Thus we guarantee a stable and widely supported platform. Selected tools are used for application development by focusing mainly on long-term and permanent development tool update and, consequently, on our applications with new technologies and operating systems.
In the development department we use:

1. Database setup
For development purposes, the »Personal Edition« version of the SQL server is used. Also, it contains tools to edit and maintain the database.
After installing the MS SQL Server tool onto the development server (hereafter SQL server), you will be able to use the available tools for work and communication with databases. For development purposes, the »Enterprise Manager« tools and the »Query analizer« with version 2000 or »SQL Server Management Studio« with version 2005 and newer are used. The following section deals with the attachment of development database that must be located on the computer where SQL is running.

My Alma Mater is the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
