What if your French translator understood your products as well as your words?
After 12 years in translation and several years training professionally in pastry, I’m bringing two areas of expertise together: language and food.
Alongside my career as a translator, I trained in pastry at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, where I gained hands-on knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, processes and professional kitchen environments.
Today, I specialise in English and Spanish to French translation for the food, gastronomy and hospitality industries, working on content ranging from technical and B2B materials to marketing and customer-facing communications.
🍞 Food & ingredients
Food industry • Bakery & pastry ingredients • Product brochures • Technical and commercial content • Product descriptions • Food brands
🍰 Pastry & culinary
Pastry and bakery • Culinary equipment • Recipes • Training materials • Culinary schools and e-learning
🏨 Hospitality & gastronomy
Hotels • Restaurants • Tourism boards • Gastronomic tourism • F&B • Destination and travel content
Hospitality and tourism have actually been part of my translation work for many years. Throughout my career, I have translated content for hotels, tourism organisations and travel brands, from destination and hotel content to F&B and guest-facing communications.
My professional pastry training adds another dimension to this experience. I understand the products, techniques and terminology behind the words.
More recently, I have also worked on technical and marketing content for international companies in the bakery and food ingredients industry.
Beyond subject-matter expertise, I bring 12 years of professional translation experience, with a strong focus on natural, accurate French that reads as if it had been written for the French market in the first place.
