Except for certain components and parts further described in this section, ABC Inc. warrants to the retail purchaser that the new 2023-2024 electric vehicle purchased and delivered from ABC Inc., or an ABC-authorized Dealer or Distributor in the United States, Canada, or Mexico (hereafter “Covered Vehicle”), will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of THREE (3) years from the “In-Service Date”.

Taking part in this research may expose you to risks (side effects). Not all risks of the study drug are known at this time. There are risks from study procedures. Side effects may range from being mild to life-threatening and may go away with treatment or be permanent. The possible side effects based on animal studies or the mode of action of the drug on human
body include:
1)Allergic reactions
2) Blood side effects: may decrease red cells, lymphocytes, and platelets; and increase or decrease in neutrophils and monocytes.
3) “Tumor lysis syndrome” (TLS): a potentially life-threatening problem that needs to be treated right away. If it is not controlled, abnormal blood levels can cause a variety of problems
including kidney damage, painful gout, abnormal heart rhythm, or neurological changes such as irritability and confusion.
4) Spleen enlargement may cause abdominal discomfort or pain
The study doctor will explain the risks of this research to you before you decide about participation. There is no guarantee that you will benefit as a result of your participation in this study, however the study results may help people in the future.

Source text - English 3-Hour Glucose Tolerance Test Instructions
1. You will need to be Fasting for a Minimum of 10 hours prior to the test (water is permitted during the fast, but not during the test).
2. Please make sure to eat a normal, healthy diet during the time before you need to fast... We want to get accurate results so please make sure you do not restrict your diet just because of a failed 1-hour glucose test.
3. This should always be a morning test, due to the fasting status, so please try not to begin the test past 9 am.
4. No Smoking or around smoke for 24 hrs.
5. When you arrive for the test, your blood will be drawn a total of 4 times. You will be given a bottle of Glucola to drink. Your blood will then be drawn every hour on the hour for the next three hours.
6. You will need to remain inactive at the clinic during the entire testing period (3-4 hours.) Your activity level can affect your test results therefore, it is highly suggested that you do not bring
children along for this test.
7. It is recommended that you bring with you a snack or meal and something to drink so that you have something to eat after the whole test is completed.

1. Debe estar en ayunas durante al menos 10 horas antes de realizar el examen (puede beber agua durante el ayuno pero no durante el examen).

6. Deberá quedarse quieta en la clínica el tiempo que dure el examen (entre 3 a 4 horas). El nivel de actividad puede afectar los resultados del examen, por ello, se recomienda acudir sin niños el día del examen.
7. Le aconsejamos que lleve un refrigerio o alimento y una bebida para que pueda comer después de que termine el examen.
