Translation - English The choice of this participatory field methodology is good because it is one of the positive methodologies capable of dealing with such kind of projects, which proceed from knowing and evaluating reality and building on it then move toward development and change for the better through the contribution of all. Due to the nature of the target group, which is CBO’s in the Jordanian Badia and has previous experience, it needs to be given the opportunity to express and contribute through dialogue and participation. This methodology is able to provide appropriate conditions and create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, interaction, pleasure, and happiness. In addition, the diversity in training methods creates a kind of interactive extracurricular pattern.
