Introducción
El presente capítulo proporciona los criterios para la evaluación del deterioro permanente del sistema hematopoyético. El sistema hematopoyético, que incluye médula ósea, ganglios linfáticos y bazo, produce una población heterogénea de células sanguíneas circulantes (e.g. eritrocitos, leucocitos y plaquetas) y un grupo complejo de proteínas esenciales en la coagulación sanguínea y en las defensas inmunes. Evaluation of this system is based on three functions

Acuity
Determine near and far central visual acuity in each eye -- the chart should be illuminated at a level of at least 5 foot-candles. Far vision may be tested with the Snelling chart, illiterate Echart or Landolt's broken-ring chart. Near vision must be tested at 14 inches, following the Revised Jaeger Standard.
1. Measure both corrected and uncorrected vision, but use corrected for ratings.
2. Use Table Two (Page 163) to determine the percentage impairment for each eye -- use alternative value for monocular aphakia or pseudophakia if present.
Visual Fields
When a field defect is suspected, binocular visual fields should be tested using the Goldman kinetic outer isopter of the III/4e stimulus or the arc perimeter exam using a 3mm white test target at a radius of 330mm.
Use Esterman grid for determination of binocular field.
1. Transfer readings from validated visual field instrument to Grid.
2. Count dots outside of or on the visual field line (figure 2A, page 165).
3. Multiply # of dots x 5/6 to determine percentage field loss.
Use Monocular field measurements only if heterotropia, diplopia, or absence of one eye.
1. Measure total degrees of visual field retained.
2. Use Table 4 (page 167) to determine percentage of loss.

When inverter detects a system failure or internal malfunctioning, the display shows a warning with failure description and prompts user to validate before retry and return to previous active screen.
USB connection screen
During access internal display memory through a USB cable connected between inverter and an external device, display shows graphically and textually the activation of this connection.
Display lighting
The inverter display illuminates with every button push. After three minute inactivation (no-button push) light goes off. In case of failure, display light will automatically and intermittently switch on every second.
1.2 Input Requirements
The input requirements for the OILMAPLand system include a shapefile representing release sites, a model input file (INI) specifying the required model parameters, a specific file structure for each scenario, and either a set of predefined model data or a connection to the ArcSDE database containing the model input data. The model input data requirements are discussed in detail below.
1.2.1 File Structure
OILMAPLand expects a specific file structure for reading and writing the input and outputs of the model. Model input and output files are grouped and managed using model scenarios. Creating a New Scenario automatically generates the required file structure if it does not already exist. It is important that the model input files are not moved from their designated locations.
It is recommended that a new folder be created for each new geographic location; however each location folder can contain multiple scenario files. These scenario files generally share some model input files, such as stream and elevation data, but can have individual spill shapefiles and model input parameters. The outputs from each scenario will be saved to an output folder of the same name.
Locations folders should generally be saved in the \OILMAPLANDloc_data folder. Each location folder will contain the following sub folders: INI, Outland, and Runland. The INI folder contains the INI files that define each scenario. All of the outputs from each scenario are stored in the Outland folder in individual folders with the scenario names. The Runland folder contains the subfolders Landtype, NED, NHD, and Spills, which contain all of the model input files. The landtype grids, which specify land cover, are stored in the Landtype folder. The elevation datasets are stored in the NED folder. The surface water network, including streams and lakes, is stored in the NHD folder. The spill points are stored in the Spills folder.

SECCIÓN TERCERA
De la Administración de la Sociedad
Artículo 156.- El Administrador que en cualquiera operación tenga un interés opuesto al de la sociedad, deberá manifestarlo a los demás Administradores y abstenerse de toda deliberación y resolución. El Administrador que contravenga esta disposición, será responsable de los daños y perjuicios que se causen a la sociedad.
Artículo 157. Los Administradores tendrán la responsabilidad inherente a su mandato y la derivada de las obligaciones que la ley y los estatutos les imponen. Dichos Administradores deberán guardar confidencialidad respecto de la información y los asuntos que tengan conocimiento con motivo de su cargo en la sociedad, cuando dicha información o asuntos no sean de carácter público, excepto en los casos en que la información sea solicitada por autoridades judiciales o administrativas. Dicha obligación de confidencialidad estará vigente durante el tiempo de su encargo y hasta un año posterior a la terminación del mismo.

I.- De la realidad de las aportaciones hechas por los socios;

Artículo 161.- La responsabilidad de los Administradores sólo podrá ser exigida por acuerdo de la Asamblea General de Accionistas, la que designará la persona que haya de ejercitar la acción correspondiente, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 163.
Artículo 163. Los accionistas que representen el veinticinco por ciento del capital social, por lo menos, podrán ejercitar directamente la acción de responsabilidad civil contra los Administradores, siempre que se satisfagan los requisitos siguientes: Párrafo reformado DOF 13-06-2014
I.- Que la demanda comprenda el monto total de las responsabilidades en favor de la sociedad y no únicamente el interés personal de los promoventes, y
II.- Que, en su caso, los actores no hayan aprobado la resolución tomada por la Asamblea General de Accionistas sobre no haber lugar a proceder contra los Administradores demandados. Los bienes que se obtengan como resultado de la reclamación serán percibidos por la sociedad.
SECCIÓN QUINTA
De la Información Financiera
Artículo 172.- Las sociedades anónimas, bajo la responsabilidad de sus administradores, presentarán a la Asamblea de Accionistas, anualmente, un informe que incluya por lo menos:
A) Un informe de los administradores sobre la marcha de la sociedad en el ejercicio, así como sobre las políticas seguidas por los administradores y, en su caso, sobre los principales proyectos existentes.
B) Un informe en que declaren y expliquen las principales políticas y criterios contables y de información seguidos en la preparación de la información financiera.
C) Un estado que muestre la situación financiera de la sociedad a la fecha de cierre del ejercicio.
D) Un estado que muestre, debidamente explicados y clasificados, los resultados de la sociedad durante el ejercicio.
E) Un estado que muestre los cambios en la situación financiera durante el ejercicio.
F) Un estado que muestre los cambios en las partidas que integran el patrimonio social, acaecidos durante el ejercicio.
G) Las notas que sean necesarias para completar o aclarar la información que suministren los estados anteriores.
A la información anterior se agregará el informe de los comisarios a que se refiere la fracción IV del artículo 166.

THIRD SECTION
Of the Corporation Management
Article 156.- Under any operation, should the administrator have any interest contrary to that of the corporation, it should be declared to the other administrators and refrain himself from any advisement or resolution. The administrator that contravenes this provision shall be liable for the damages that may be caused to the corporation.
Article 157. The administrators shall be liable for their mandate and liable for any obligations imposed by law and bylaws. These administrators will guarantee confidentiality of the information and any knowledgeable matters under their corporate position provided that such information or matter is not of public nature, except the cases when such information be required by judicial or administrative authorities. Such confidentiality obligation shall be in force for their time in office and up to one year upon service termination.

Article 158.- The administrators are jointly liable to the corporation: Paragraph amended DOF 23-01-1981
I.- Of the reality of the partners’ contributions;

IV.- Of the stringent compliance of the agreements established in the Shareholders’ Meetings.
Article 161.- The administrators’ liability shall only be required under agreement of the General Shareholders Meeting who shall designate the person to exercise the corresponding action except as otherwise provided for article 163.
Article 163.
The shareholders representing at least twenty-five percent of the capital stock will exercise directly the civil liability actions against the administrators provided that the following requirements be satisfied: Paragraph amended DOF 13-06-2014
I.- That, the claim should include the total liabilities on behalf of the corporation and not only the personal interest of the petitioners, and
II.- That, the actors thereon did not approve the resolution made by the General Shareholders Meeting on the non-sustainability of the prosecuted administrators. The properties obtained as a result of the claim shall be received by the corporation.
FIFTH SECTION
Of the Financial Information
Article 172.- Under the administrators’ liability, the public corporations shall present a yearly report to the Shareholders Meeting which shall include at least the following:
A) An administrators’ report on the progress of the corporation in the exercise as well as the policies followed by the administrators and, if applicable, the existent primary projects.
B) A report stating and setting forth the principal accounting and information policies and criteria applied in the preparation of the financial information.
C) A statement describing the financial situation of the corporation as of the fiscal year closing date.
D) A statement describing the corporation’s fiscal year amounts duly set forth and sort.
E) A statement describing the changes of the financial situation during the fiscal year.
F) A statement describing the changes in the entries of the Corporation’s net assets occurred during the fiscal year.
G) The necessary annotations that may complete or clarify the information listed in the previous statements.
A report of the trustees referred to in section IV of article 166 shall be added to the above information.

Employment at-will means that the employment relationship may be terminated, with or without cause and with or without advance notice at any time by the employee or the Company. Nothing in this handbook shall limit the right to terminate at-will employment.
No manager, supervisor, or employee of the Company has any authority to enter into an agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make an agreement for employment on other than at- will terms. Only the President of American Beef Packers, Inc. has the authority to make any such agreement, which is binding only if it is in writing.
Nothing in this at-will statement is intended to interfere with an employee’s rights to communicate or work with others toward altering the terms and conditions of his or her employment.
