Source text - Spanish Visto que hasta la presente fecha, el Tribunal no se ha pronunciado sobre la Admisión de los Únicos Universales Herederos interpuesta en fecha 15 de febrero de 2015, solicito respetuosamente se sirva Admitir y fijar la oportunidad para la realización del Acto de Testigos para evitar que este retardo genere daños y perjuicios para mi representado. Igualmente, recordarle al Tribunal el contenido del artículo 936 del Código de Procedimiento Civil: “Artículo 936: Cualquier Juez Civil es competente para instruir las justificaciones y diligencias dirigidas a la comprobación de algún hecho o algún derecho. El procedimiento se reducirá a acordar, el mismo día en que se promuevan, lo necesario para practicarlas; concluidas, se entregarán al solicitante.”
Translation - English Whereas this Court has yet to issue a statement regarding the Admission of the petition for declaration of Heirs to the Entire Estate submitted on 15 February 2015, I respectfully request that the petition be acted upon and acknowledged, and that a date be set for the Deposition of Witnesses in order to avoid delays that may cause damages to my principal. Likewise, the Court shall note that Article 936 of the Code of Civil Procedure states that “Civil Judges have jurisdiction to admit evidence and requests to ascertain a fact or a right thereof. The procedure is shortened so as to agree, on the same day of submission, on the necessary steps to follow; and to deliver the resulting writs to the petitioner upon completion.”

Source text - Spanish El incumplimiento por parte de El Deudor Hipotecario en la entrega de los comprobantes de renovación de las pólizas dará derecho a El Banco de considerar el Préstamo de plazo vencido. Queda expresamente entendido que en la póliza de seguro identificada en esta Cláusula, deberá nombrarse a El Banco como primer beneficiario de todas y cada una de ellas. En consecuencia, en caso de ocurrir el fallecimiento, incapacidad temporal o permanente de El Deudor Hipotecario por cualquier causa, o de ocurrir en el Inmueble alguno de los otros siniestros cubiertos con las otras pólizas mencionadas en esta misma Cláusula, la indemnización respectiva será cobrada por El Banco y el monto correspondiente será imputado o aplicado por El Banco al Préstamo. Si efectuada la imputación antes referida, quedare algún remanente, éste será entregado por El Banco a El Deudor Hipotecario o a sus causahabientes, si fuere el caso.
Translation - English Failure from the Mortgagor to deliver proof of renewal shall give the Bank the right to deem the Loan as due and payable. It is hereby expressly agreed that each and all of the insurance policies identified hereby shall name the Bank as the first beneficiary. Therefore, in case of demise, temporary or permanent disability of the Mortgagor for any cause, or should the Property be affected by any of the events covered by the abovementioned policies, compensation thereof shall be collected by the Bank and the corresponding amount shall be deducted from or applied to the Loan. Should there be a residual amount after said allocation is made, the Bank shall deliver the remainder to the Mortgagor or assignees thereof, where applicable.
