Cautionnement En fait, dans ce contexte, bond = cautionnement. En matière de changements à la portée des travaux ou aux travaux, on vise probableement ici les cautionnements d'exécution.

Bond = obligation au sens financier (actions/obligations). Je réitère, mais je pense qu'il s'agit d'une forme de sûreté.

merci de votre précision, je ne suis pas spécialisé en droit de la construction. Je voulais surtout pointer du doigt qu'il ne fallait pas le traduire par "obligation".
