This is apparently part of a product name, so it means whatever the company that coined the term intends it to mean. You could consult the website (if available) and/or ask the client; in any case it should be left as is (proper name).
DSR does mean 'Data Set Ready' in the context of the RS232 communication protocol, but this doesn't necessarily mean that it means the same thing in your case.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it stands for 'data set reader'. Of course, 'data set reader reader' is redundant, but this sort of formal redundancy is quite common.
