The access agreement permits the customer, under limited circumstances, to access the supplier’s plant to produce parts pending transfer of the contract and/or facility to a healthier supplier.

Also, ich habe das dumpfe Gefühl, dass hier etwas zwischen pending und transfer fehlt.
Könnt ihr mir da weiterhelfen?

The customer can go to the plant (of the company that is under chapter 11) and fabricate parts. He can do that until another company takes over the contract he had with the failing company (and he gets parts from this new company), or until another company takes charge of the plant.

I had read some material about Chapter 11 but I could not find anything about this accessing of the debitor's plant... and so I simply could not believe this... and thought that perhaps there is missing some information... does anybody know where I can find more details about this accessing?
