All of the above are good attempts at translating the virtually untranslatable.
I think the right choice would depend on the type of text and the target audience.
If it is a marketing text or if you can assume that the readers understand English, I would leave it untranslated.

Otherwise, a combination of two of the above would capture the meaning well:

I have a hard time finding a good translation for it. Don't forget to consider leaving it untranslated, just in case you don't find something satisfactory. How do you like Antriebskräfte und Impulsgeber?

To me, the definitions of both, "Wegebereiter" and "Mover and Shaker", are very similar.
