czlonek
czlonek will cover your bases in most contexts. A member is by definition a subscribing member. The subscription terms will vary: a family member "subscribes" into family by family ties, a club member subscribes by paying fees and/or passing a qualifying examination. So for a "subscribing member" with no context, "czlonek" will do.

Lota
: abonent is too narrow. You are not an abonent in a horseback riding club, but you may be a subscribing member.
