"Total supply is expected to remain stable, as higher carry-in stocks are offset by lower imports. Exports are forecast to increase slightly due to less competition from the US. Carry-out stocks are expected to decrease, with a low s/u ratio of 7%.US production is forecast to fall by 25% to 1.11 Mt because of lower harvested area and lower yields. The total supply is not expected to drop by as much because of higher carry-in stocks."

I would say, from deduction from info in pages like the above, that carry-in stocks are 'existencias (que quedan) del año/ejercicio anterior'. I did consider that they might be imports but on the basis of the info above, I have discarded that possibiliy.

existencias en almacén.

In Spanish you should read : "Se espera que el suministro mundial en su totalidad, aumente de un 5% a cerca de 10 millones de toneladas, debido a una más alta producción y a las existencias en almaén."
