RFP stands for Request for Production -- the respondent is the person to whom the request for production is being sent. Respondent by itself means "demandado" in this particular case, it means to whomever the request is being sent to. I believe in this case you may want to use "el respondiente" because the RFP can be sent to both the Defendant and the Palintiff in a lawsuit.

Buceo, perdon, mi explicacion anterior es correcta pero la palabra "respondiente" no existe en espanol, tal vez quieras decir "la persona contentando...". Check the definition of "respondent" in the following legal glossary:

Si es concerniente a juicios o términos legales la palabra es "demandado". Si no es asi, se puede usar respondedor o persona respondiente (ambas palabras son correctas en castellano.

Según parece, el texto está hablando de una oferta determinada, y se dirige a los que la contestan. Para mí, la frase quedaría así: "los postulantes (o los candidatos) deberán contestar cada uno de los siguientes requisitos..."
