Brokerage: correduría de bienes inmuebles/raíces (the term bienes inmuebles is more usual).

broker: corredor de bienes inmuebles.

realtor: corredor de bienes inmuebles (also).

lease: contrato de arrendamiento, arrendamiento,

to lease: dar en arrendamiento, arrendar

No existe un concepto cercano a "realtor" y se utiliza mucho "agente de bienes raíces". Espero que sea de ayuda. Saludos
