Found in the phrase:

and
"Lâcher de ballons pulmonaire connu avec stabilité de l'ensemble des lésions nodulaires et macronodulaires. Stabilité de deux lésions médiastinales, une jugulo-carotidienne gauche et l'autre situé dans la loge de Baretti."

Possibly a typo. The entry in my personal glossary is: loge de Baréty = right paratracheal space.

: You may be right but see the different French explanations: chaîne prétrachéale droite, médiastin supérieur droit, loge latérotrachéale droite. It is confusing. I will, however, add your version to the glossary. Sorry about the points. :-)

Don't be sorry about the points Nick, that's not why I try to help people on Proz. The problem was using a term in the translation that would not be used by an English-speaker. That said French doctors can be very imprecise in their texts at times.
