French to English Bus/Financial

This is in the same list of roles/afficiliations of persons belonging to a steering committee as in my previous question. This could be an English abbreviation, as the text borrows many terms and abbreviations from English. But it could also be French. I think it might have to do with an office or administrative body that handles mayments, but I am not sure. The other affiliations are:
Direction Administratif et Financier
Direction Consolidation Groupe
etc.
