German term
wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladenschaft möglich gewesen wäre
German to English
Bus/Financial
Allgemeine Versandbedingungen
This is from a standard terms and conditions document and I am having trouble putting this sentence into correct legal English. It is referring to returning goods that have been damaged but only by normal checking (I think) and so compensation does not need to be paid by the customer "wenn die Verschlechterung der sache ausschließlich auf deren Prüfung - wie sie Ihnen etwa im Ladengeschäft möglich gewesen wäre - zurückzuführen ist."
Thank you.
Thank you.
