Es un término en una lista de indemnizaciones y cotizaciones en una carta de término de contrato de Chile. Según leí, el "feriado proporcional" es un pago que se da al empleado por trabajo hecho durante un día feriado. Todavía no encuentro una definición para "feriado pendiente".

The definition in the URL below for feriado proporcional is slightly different than what you found. Basically, if you don't work for an entire year for a company, you don't get vacation but you accumulate vacation days. So if you leave early, you get a payment based on the number of days accumulated.

Feriados pendientes is, as I understand it, days that you can actually take as vacation but, because you were fired or quit, won't.

agree Nelida Kreer : Nicely solved. In Uruguay we say "licencia gozada" or "no gozada", for vacation days used or not as the case may be, in both cases however, vacation pay is due, of course.
