@ Jessica You are welcome (whatever little help that I was able to offer. LOL!). Jessica, given the glossary setup (one term), I am not sure how to include your term, but for what it is worth, perhaps you should post a hypothetical question in order to include your term so that it can be incorporated into the glossary (i.e. Second Provincial Criminal Prosecutors' Group Office of x). Perhaps, your context differs from this one, hence your hesitancy to use the term "corporate". May be useful for glossary purposes; what do you think? Oops, BTW, Jessica, in your document, is it Prosecutors' (several) Office as opposed to one Prosecutor? Perhaps I am nitpicking. Regards.

Dear Taña, Thank you so much for the definition; it makes the meaning in this context crystal clear. I appreciate the synonyms as well -- they led me to "group." At this point, I believe I'll go with Second Provincial Criminal Prosecutors' Group Office of Huayla. Because of the structure of the rest of the document, I would like include the "corporativo" concept, and this is as close as I can get at this point. @ Jessica Given the fact that you have reservations regarding the use of the word "corporate" or other, as the case may be, and given your context, I only ask myself whether "corporativa" adds anything useful to the translation, and it could then be left out?
I then looked for synonyms:

corporate
1. relating to a large company or group.
LAW
(of a large company or group) authorized to act as a single entity and recognized as such in law.
of or shared by all the members of a group.
synonyms: collective, shared, common, communal, joint, combined, united, allied, amalgamated, pooled, merged, concerted, collaborative, cooperative; company, business, house. Jessica, I don't know if you would be comfortable with any of these choices? Regards.

Hi Taña, I am finding a fair amount of information on line about the new Ministerio Publico and its commitment to "trabajo corporativo," by which to me they are implying teamwork or working cooperatively. I will toss the idea around a bit to see if I, or someone else, can come up with something a little less socialistic (?) than "cooperative" and a little more formal than "team." Thanks Jessica As mentioned I am indeed questioning the use of "corporate" for "corporativo", but my inclusion was based merely on the links I found: Perhaps, on the one hand it serves no useful purpose and can be left out, or if you do find something more suitable, I would be happy to amend the glossary entry, which of course I recognize is important from the accuracy point of view. Thanks for the response! Today I am working on some paperwork from a Peruvian court with a name just like the one above, including the "second", but for a different province. The crime is burglary, and the perpetrators and victims are members of the same family, so the crime in no way involves a business-type corporation. I will look around to see if I can find an alternative meaning for "corporativo" in this context.
