Il s'agit ici d'un examen des compétences (Competency Review). Le texte se divise en trois "items" : "fundamental" "intermediate" et "strenght".
Dans la partie "intermediate" on a :
"Provides complete feedback to others; takes action when needed to correct situations
Develops direct reports creating an effective staff
Establishes clear directions, stretch objectives, distributes work appropriately"
Comment comprenez-vous "Develops direct reports" ici ? Cela a-t-il le sens de "rapports directs" ou de "collaborateurs directs". C'est le verbe "develops" qui me gêne.
"Établit des rapports directs pour un personnel performant". Je pencherais plus pour cette option mais je préférerais vérifier...

What is a direct report
A direct report is an employee who reports directly to someone else. For example, a director might have five managers who report directly to him. They are considered his direct reports. However, those people who work for each manager are not the direct reports of the director.
