English to Russian Bus/Financial

Context:UNTIL RECENTLY, stock trading really wasn’t the major topic of conversation outside of a small slice of lower Manhattan. Then the long bull market intersected with the Internet. Suddenly everyone and their sister is either an online day trader or thinking about becoming one. The related tax questions have become important to lots of people.

To get up to speed on the tax advantages of being a stock trader -- vs. being an active investor -- see "Taxes on Day Trading." Essentially, achieving trader status confers many more tax benefits than simple active investerhood. Though, of course, it does come with the inherent risks of being a trader. In this column, I’ll go into more detail on what it takes to meet the tax-law definition of a "trader" and what happens if you do.

Russian term.
This is slang, and very recent. A "day trader" is someone who does very
short-term investing. They go on the internet and buy a stock, then
sometimes sell it on the same day. Sometimes they will do this many times
in a day."
